Do you ship outside New Zealand?

At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand. International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on expanding in the future!

How long does shipping take?

Since our products are shipped directly by the individual brands, delivery times can vary. Typically, orders arrive within 6–8 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer than usual. Tracking details (where available) will be provided so you can follow your order.

How do I get a refund if I’m not happy?

The return and refund are only possible if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You can request a refund within 6 days of delivery.
