At Moody Lemon, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and regional coverage.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand 🇳🇿

More regions will be added soon as we grow!

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Region: New Zealand

Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays, weather conditions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products you purchase. Each brand partner have separate shipping charges for Urban and Rural delivery.

  • If you purchase products from a single vendor, a flat fee will apply. 
  • If you purchase products from separate vendors, and the shipment will be from different location, we add the shipping charges from different vendors and showcase at the checkout. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time via the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address provided
  • Unavailable recipient at delivery
  • Courier delays beyond our control

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days so we can investigate with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with:

  • Take photos of the packaging and items
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly
