At Moody Lemon, we care deeply about your experience, and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Changed your mind after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can email us with your order number to request cancellation.
If eligible, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
ReturnsÂ
You have 6 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags, seals, and any gifts must be included

Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required
To start a return, email us at customercare@moodylemon.com with your order details, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Â Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
- Returns will not be initiated for change of mind and disliking of the product.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, wrong item), return shipping is free.

For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return is not feasible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
Want a different item?
 Return your original item first. Once it's received and approved, place a new order for your preferred product. You have to pay full cost while purchasing a new item, and we will initiate the refund of previous item, if approved.Â
Partial Returns
You may return part of your order, as long as the items meet our return conditions.
 If you received a FREE gift, it must be returned with the associated item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare or personal care products
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or freebies
- Products marked as final sale or clearance

Gift cards or digital downloads
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
 If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll offer a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund.
